"I couldn't be happier with the picture I received from Frances of my dog Marley. Marley is suffering from a long-term life threatening disease and it was important that we had something to remember him by, and boy did we find the right person! The picture she drew is very close to our hearts and she has captured every moment of the picture perfectly. It's utterly gorgeous...what a talent it looks exactly the same as the original picture I sent via email! The customer service was outstanding such a lovely person to deal with, she was happy to accommodate my needs as I needed the drawing quickly. We are so happy with our picture, worth every penny. "I met Frances at a local craft market. I was immediately taken with all the amazing pencil drawings displayed on her table. The accuracy with each individual piece of her work made me feel I could touch the lifelike subjects. I decided that I would like to have drawing of our Chocolate Labrador, Charlie. I emailed Frances a photograph I had taken of him in a blubell wood, which she was happy to work with. "I first heard of Frances when I read an article in the local newspaper. A few months later I did want to get a drawing done, but couldn't find the article, so trawled search engines looking for her. Eventually I found her and commissioned her to draw "Breeze". I was blown away by the amazing aptitude that Frances has in portraying not only the look of the animal, but she captured the personality of the animal. I didn't know that this was possible to do.
My partner had a really lovely natured "rescued" Doberman and I once again asked Frances to draw her. I had moved further away, and actually didn't have a lot of free time, so , knowing and trusting Frances, I sent her photos in an email of "Daisy". The result was outstanding. The whole persona of the drawing was magnetic - it just captured Daisy's personality perfectly and once again her owner was blown away by the amazing drawing. Sadly Daisy has passed away now, but she is displayed on the wall and everyone that knew her comments on the drawing. They can't believe that it is "just a drawing".

"After quite a bit of research and various enquiries I decided upon Frances to commission a portrait of our 2 dogs Jet and Pippa. I wanted to give this as a present to my husband on our first wedding anniversary as a special memory of Jet in particular as she sadly passed away in April.
Frances was fantastic at communicating with me from my first enquiry through to ensuring the picture had arrived safely with me and I was pleased with it. ‘Pleased’ is an understatement – I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and so was my husband when he unwrapped it at the weekend! I cannot put into words just how well Frances has captured both the likeness and the personality of both Jet and Pippa, it really is a carbon copy of the photograph I gave to Frances – and in fact even better!
I requested for the picture to be mounted and framed by Frances as well, and she had a lovely soft grey surround that complements our living room walls very well. The frame and glass was very well packaged and arrived immaculately in very good time.
I would highly recommend Frances to absolutely anyone who was looking for a commission of their pet. She is an extremely skilled artist - the level of detail that you see in her drawings is really incredible and can only be achieved through her time, care and engagement with the story behind the portrait.

"Having seen Frances Vincents drawings featured in the Art Marquee at the Tendring Show I requested a contact address. I sent Frances several pictures of my sons dog....not the easiest challenge. Frances said she could undertake the commission and I ordered the smallest size. The drawing arrived on time delivered on time and my only regret is that I did not order a larger drawing as it is wonderful and truly admired by everyone.
