Ordering Information

  • You provide the photo and choose the size you want from the table below
  • Photos to be emailed to fvpencil@gmail.com
  • Once your unique drawing is complete, Frances posts it and then emails you the invoice.
  • If you have a certain deadline the drawing is needed by, please let Frances know so she can try to accommodate.
How to order a Pet Portrait

Framing

  • If you want to have your commission framed, let Frances know and she will send you photos of the frames in stock for your chosen size. 

  • Various frame styles available.

  • No additional postage cost.

Payment

  • Payment is via BACS INVOICE sent by email after posting.

  • Alternate methods of payment are acceptable on request. Paypal charges apply.

Postage

UK & NI

  • Delivery cost is £9.95 for commissions (collection is free)

  • Posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).

  • Drawings are securely wrapped and packaged in protective corrugated card.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • Europe and worldwide delivery will have additional charges.

  • Please contact Frances with your location and order details and she will send you a personalised quote.
